GENERAL INFORMATION

Onsite registration and check-in opens on SUNDAY, MARCH 1 at 5:00pm in the Centennial Lobby just outside the Interlocken Ballrooms.

Dress code is “business casual” – no suits or ties are required.

All registrants are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on SUNDAY, MARCH 1 at 7:30 pm, and to the Closing Reception on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4.  Both receptions include complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and will be held in the Lobby Court.

An additional VIP/Sponsor Reception will be held on TUESDAY, MARCH 3. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please see the sponsorship benefits page.

A table will be available for any attendees/sponsors/etc. who would like to put out flyers, brochures, business cards, pens or other giveaways, etc.

All speakers: please bring your talks on a thumb drive to the registration area the day prior to your talk for uploading to the conference servers.

Complimentary hot breakfast will be available 1 hour before the start of each day in the Lobby Court. Two tables will have tent cards that read, "Reserved for Student & Mentors" on Monday and Tuesday mornings during breakfast. Two SARG members will be there to serve as mentors, and any students are welcome to sit with them to ask questions and dialogue as you enjoy your breakfast. No sign up is necessary. Just look for the reservation cards on the tables and have a seat!

No video/audio recording of the conference is permitted without prior written approval. To obtain approval, please contact Cindy Conrad at cc@boulder.swri.edu.

Complimentary wireless access is available throughout the meeting area.  A program booklet with all scientific abstracts will also be provided.

Registrants who are guests at the hotel have access to the 24-hour business center on the Garden Level (lower level). If you are NOT a guest at the hotel and need something printed, please see Rayna Tedford at the NSRC registration table.

The Omni Hotel offers free parking for all guests and visitors. Valet parking is free for hotel guests; self parking is free to all.

Many dining options are available in the area. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service within a 2-mile radius. Please contact the hotel front desk to request on-demand transportation (there may be a 5- to 10-minute wait).
