Exhibition Space

Exhibit/booth space is available both with and without sponsorship. Please contact Michelle Valero (michelle.valero@swri.org) for details.

Booth packages include the following:

• 8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth Space (carpeted - no pipe and drape)
• 6 ft Tabletop Exhibit

• Standard electricity (no power or extension cords provided)

• Two chairs

Exhibition Installation

All exhibit/booths must be set up between 12 - 6pm on Sunday, March 1. Booth Numbers will be assigned by February 15.

Exhibits and Poster Dismantling

Wednesday, March 4 2020

4:00 pm (End of Closing Reception) - 5:00 pm

All exhibits and posters must be removed from hallway by 5:00pm

Exhibitors must arrange for return shipment for all materials. NSRC and/or the Omni Interlocken Resort will not be responsible for any material left behind.

Deliveries

Shipping, Storage & Handling

Shipments can be received starting Tuesday, February 25. If shipments arrive before this day they are subject to storage fees. No Shipment will be received after Saturday, February 28.

You may ship by any carrier of your choice. Please ship to:
