New Department Director

Effective April 16th, 2005, Dr. Robin Canup became the Director of the Department of Space Studies. The Department's mission is to further space science research in the areas of planetary science, solar physics, and astronomy. Dr. Canup succeeds founding Department Director Dr. Alan Stern, who is now Executive Director of SwRI's Division of Space Science and Engineering.
