We will have breakfast food available every morning, starting at 8am, so please come early so you can grab food and coffee and we can get a start at 8:30am sharp.

We will have a WebEx conference call set up, for those who cannot attend in person, The details are:

Unfortunately, the SwRI IT group is in the middle of updating our video conference capabilities, so we won’t have video of the conference room with the team. We will, however, have audio and share the presentations on our conference room screen. Therefore, everyone please send your presentation to Alejandro, regardless of whether you are in person or remote. This will allow us to share the presentation with teams both at Boulder and elsewhere.

EPO Plan (AKA the SA/CS/PE Plan)

What’s this EPO plan that you are talking about?

Well, in our SSERVI proposal we were not given an opportunity to propose an Education and Public Outreach program. The SSERVI program is now giving us an opportunity to do so. We have to provide them with an EPO plan by December 18th, 2018. This up-to 5 page plan [TBR] will be responsive to the Science Activation, Citizen Science, and Public Engagement (SA/CS/PE) section (section 1.4) of the SSERVI CAN-3 opportunity.

The SA/CS/PE requirements are (this is cribbed from the CAN-3):

Please read through the SA/CS/PE section of the SSERVI CAN-3 and start thinking about programs we can propose. Ideally, you will start talking to Alex about your ideas well before our team meeting.
