Simon Porter specializes in the study of Kuiper Belt Objects and comets though image analysis, orbital dynamics, and shape modeling. Dr. Porter is a Co-Investigator on the New Horizons mission, and has supported the Lucy and PUNCH missions. Dr. Porter has a BS in Physics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a PhD in Astrophysics from Arizona State University. He is originally from Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
