Diane Merline serves as Program Administrator and has been with Southwest Research Institute since 2001.  She coordinates all aspects of more than 100 subcontracts for the Boulder office between the program managers and the subcontracts group in Purchasing. She also generates purchase requisitions for all the Boulder laboratories, publications, subcontract funding, capital equipment and other project needs. She supports several scientists with processing travel reports and other needs.  She has a broad knowledge of Boulder office activities and Institute policies and procedures.
