Binary Workshop HOTEL NOW OPEN for reservations

Colleagues:

The hotel is now accepting reservations for
our group.

You will be able to reserve your room via 2 methods:

1) Call hotel directly at 800-848-8877 (available NOW). To receive
the group rate, attendees must advise the reservations department
of the group affiliation --- here use "Binary Asteroids".  The hotel
is the Sheraton Steamboat Resort & Conference Center, Steamboat Springs,
Colorado.

OR

2) Special web-access registration, but this will not be ready
until early next week (approx July 11), when we will have active a
web registration form for the hotel.  The web address will be
emailed when it becomes live. This method may be more convenient.

Our block of rooms can be expected to be available for several
weeks, with a current hotel registration deadline of Aug 7.
Nonetheless, it would be advisable to make your reservations
as early as is practical.

These guest room rates will be offered by Hotel 3 days
prior and 3 days after the meeting dates (which are 
Aug 20 - Aug 23), subject to availability of guest rooms
at the time of reservation.

All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state
and local taxes, which are currently 11.4%, as well as
an $8.00 per room per day resort fee (includes: no access
charge for local, credit card and toll free calls, bottled
water, in-room Starbucks coffee, parking, incoming faxes,
fitness center, daily newspaper). 

UPDATE: Yes, the $8 resort fee is correct, even if the
reservation system tells you $13 or some other amount (their
system is somehow stuck in displaying only winter resort
fees, which are higher).

Room rates are based on double adult occupancy. Additional
adults will be charged $25.00 per night to occupy the room.
Children 17 years and under stay free with an adult.
Rollaway beds are also an additional $25.00 per night.

Village Inn and Morningside condominiums may require a
minimum five (5) night stay.
