About

Dr. Viliam Klein is a Lead Engineer for the Southwest Research Institute’s Solar System Science & Exploration Division where he serves as the systems engineer for the DIMPLE (Dating an Irregular Mare Patch with a Lunar Explorer) PRISM payload, as well as the systems engineer for CubIXSS (CubeSat Imaging X-Ray Solar Spectrometer) a 16U heliophysics cubesat. Dr. Klein has experience with flying payloads through NASA flight opportunities on sub-orbital rockets, high altitude planes, and zero gravity planes. He also helps support mission concept development at SwRI.
