Micheal Haggard is a Sr. Program Manager in the Department of Space Operations in the Solar System Science and Exploration Division of Southwest Research Institute.  Mr. Haggard has a 30+ year career in space related fields including earth orbiting and interplanetary spacecraft development, test, and operations. Mission experience includes GPS, Mars Global Surveyor, Stardust, Genesis, Mars Odyssey, Spitzer Space Telescope, Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, Mars Phoenix, Juno, Grail, MAVEN, and OsirisRex. Mr. Haggard has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
