Looking at the image sideways, upside down, through stereo glasses, crosseyed, etc., will not help.
Look at the color sequence in the horizontal stripe across the middle of the image. Does that sequence remind you of anything? Do the color sequences along any other horizontal stripe of the image remind you of anything?
It is an unothodox view of something very familiar.
The answer is nothing to do with astronomy.
The image is not a perfect representation (it is drawn by hand), though it is good enough to be unambiguous.
The answer will be obvious when revealed.
