Our Simulations
Intended to test processes,
not
be complete simulations. Goal is to build 10 Earth-mass objects.
Direct N-body simulations: Initially 5 embryos of 1 Earth-mass in a 200 Earth-mass disk.
Areodynamic drag, but
no Type I migration.
Collisional damping between the planetesimals is included, but fragmentation is optional.
Both planetesimals and collisional fragments have single size:

Embryos have captured atmospheres.
Runs go for 3 Myr, which is a typical lifetime of the gas disk.
Nominal model
: No fragmentaion.

Planetesimals are scattered out from between planets.
Very little growth happens.
< 3 Earth-masses.
Most mass in rings.
So, drag might increase accretion, but it causes gaps to open.
