GENERAL INFORMATION

Onsite registration and check-in opens on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17 at 5:00pm in the Centennial Lobby just outside the Interlocken Ballrooms.


Dress code is “business casual” – no ties are required.


All registrants are invited to the Welcome Reception for complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17 at 7:30 pm in the Lobby Court.


A table will be available for any attendees/sponsors/etc. who would like to put out flyers, brochures, pens or other giveaways, etc.


All speakers, please bring your talks on a thumb drive to the registration area the day prior to your talk, for uploading to the conference servers.


Complimentary hot breakfast will be available 1 hour before the start of each day in the Lobby Court.


No video/audio recording of the conference is permitted, without previous written approval. To obtain approval, please contact Cindy Conrad at cc@boulder.swri.edu.


Complimentary wireless access in the conference rooms.  A program booklet with all scientific abstracts will also be provided.


Registrants who are guests at the hotel have access to the 24 hour business center on the Garden Level (lower level). If you are NOT a guest at the hotel and need something printed, please see Rayna Tedford at the NSRC registration table.


The Omni Hotel offers free parking.


Many dining options are available in the area. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service within a 2 mile radius. Please contact the hotel front desk to request on-demand transportation (sometimes a 5-10 minute wait).
