Onsite registration and check-in opens on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1 at 5:00pm in the Centennial Lobby just outside the Interlocken Ballrooms.

All registrants are invited to the Welcome Reception for complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1 at 7:30 pm in the Lobby Court.

Complimentary breakfast will be available 1 hour before the start of each day in the Lobby Court.

No video/audio recording of the conference is permitted, without previous written approval. To obtain approval, please contact Cindy Conrad at cc@boulder.swri.edu.

Complimentary wireless access in the conference rooms. A program booklet with all scientific abstracts will also be provided.

Registrants who are guests at the hotel have access to the 24 hour business center on the Garden Level (lower level). If you are NOT a guest at the hotel and need something printed, please see Hannah Lally at the NSRC registration table.

The Omni Hotel offers free parking.

Many dining options are available in the area. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service within a 2 mile radius. Please contact the hotel front desk to request on-demand transportation (sometimes a 5-10 minute wait).

Checkout luggage can be stored at the Hotel Reception starting Wednesday morning.
